Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to become a Member.
Membership is available only within our zoned delivery areas.
We reserve the right to refuse membership where delivery cannot be provided safely or economically.
Membership Fees
Membership fees are payable in advance.
Prices are displayed in Thai baht (THB).
Membership becomes active only after payment has been successfully received.
Meal Credits
Meal credits are allocated according to the selected membership plan.
Credits may be spent only while membership is active. Unused credits stack and remain available while membership stays active or is renewed within the inclusive 14-day grace period after a cycle ends. During that grace period, unused credits are held until renewal. Credits are forfeited only if membership lapses beyond the grace period.
Credits are not redeemable for cash.
Credits may not be sold or transferred without our written approval.
Ordering
Orders must be placed before the published cut-off time.
Submitting meal selections is the responsibility of the customer.
Menu availability may change due to seasonal ingredients or supplier availability.
We reserve the right to substitute ingredients where necessary while maintaining meal quality.
We endeavour to represent meals accurately in photographs; however, presentation may vary slightly from the images shown.
Order accuracy: customers are encouraged to review their order before the published cut-off time, as changes after the deadline are rarely possible.
Premium Meals
Premium Reserve meals are paid in Thai baht and do not deduct a meal credit. The applicable price and any additional side charges will be clearly displayed before confirmation of your order.
Deliveries
Delivery schedules are published in advance.
Delivery times are estimates only.
Weather, traffic, vehicle breakdowns and other unforeseen events may delay delivery.
Once delivery has been completed, responsibility for the meals transfers to the customer. This includes deliveries left at a reception desk, security desk or other agreed collection point in accordance with the customer's instructions.
On certain occasions, such as public holidays (for example, Songkran), deliveries may not be possible. Menus will not be advertised for those dates.
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend service due to equipment failure, staff illness or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where feasible, an appropriate remedy will be offered.
Delivery Failure
A delivery may be cancelled without refund if it cannot be completed because:
- the address is incorrect;
- access cannot be gained;
- nobody is available when required;
- security staff refuse access; or
- contact cannot be established.
Where practical, we may attempt a second delivery, which may incur an additional delivery charge.
Food Safety
Customers are responsible for refrigerating chilled meals immediately upon delivery.
Hot meals are packaged at a safe serving temperature; however, temperature may naturally reduce during transit.
Proper Dinner Club accepts no responsibility for food that has been improperly stored after delivery.
Allergies
Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, shellfish and sesame.
We cannot guarantee that any meal is completely allergen-free.
Customers with severe allergies purchase and consume our meals entirely at their own risk.
Refunds
Because meals are freshly prepared to order, refunds are generally unavailable for:
- change of mind;
- missed ordering deadlines; or
- personal taste preferences.
Refunds, restored credits or replacement meals may be considered where:
- the incorrect meal is delivered;
- food is damaged during delivery;
- food is unsafe due to our handling; or
- an item is missing.
Claims should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery together with supporting photographs where possible. Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai law.
Membership Suspension
We may suspend or terminate membership where:
- abusive behaviour towards staff occurs;
- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- repeated payment failures occur; or
- these Terms are breached.
Unused credits may be forfeited where termination results from serious misconduct.
Force Majeure
Proper Dinner Club shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, flooding, fire, civil unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, supplier failures or transport disruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, our liability is limited to replacing the affected meal or refunding the value of that meal.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, photographs, menu designs, recipes, written material and website content remain the intellectual property of Proper Dinner Club unless otherwise stated.

Personal information is collected for operating your membership, processing orders and payments, arranging deliveries, communicating with you, protecting the service and providing customer support.
We do not sell customer information to third parties.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains our processing practices in detail.
Amendments
We may amend these Terms from time to time.
Members will receive reasonable notice of any material changes.
Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
